Job Title: Janitor
General Summary: This position requires a janitor to maintain a clean environment for Janitorial Inc’s clients.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Follows client specification sheets to properly clean their assigned job sites
Report the need of supplies for the site to immediate supervisor
Report any broken or missing equipment to immediate supervisor
Self Inspection of work performed to insure job duties were completed according to client specifications
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing
Site specific duties as communicated through site training and orientation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to follow instructions including safety and employment standards policies and requirements
Work alone with minimal supervision
Must physically be able to stand or walk for a long period of time
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50lbs
Must be 18 years or older
Other tasks will require reaching above shoulders, bending, stooping, kneeling and stretching to accomplish tasks
Must be able to follow Janitorial Inc. safety policy
Site specific requirements may be added
