I was hired through American Temps and after 4 months I was hired in April of 1989.

What are your hobbies?
I don't really have hobbies, but I like to go to the movies and travel during my free time.

The people I work with.
What were some of the jobs you did before starting at Geil Enterprises?
I worked at a bank as a teller. That was my first job because I was still going to school. My next job was at Producers Cotton Oil, I did pretty much everything from washing dishes, shredded paper, anything like copies and basic office tasks. They called me the jack of all trades. I then worked as a receptionist then I moved to the HR department. After being laid off, I started working for American Temporaries and worked at several job sites.
What is your earliest memory about Geil Enterprises?
I came when there was a big Yosemite strike. They hired so many people. So many people were walking through the door and we were hiring them left and right.
What is the funniest or most interesting thing that happened while at work?
Playing jokes, I remember one played on Steve Geil, it was Kris Kringle and I had given Steve this hideous tree as a joke and he looked at it and told me it was the most beautiful thing; meanwhile I was thinking that was the most hideous thing I had ever seen. I decorated the tree to make it look bad and every time I would decorate it I would have to remove something because it looked to good.
Who was the most influential person to you at Geil Enterprises?
John Orta because he was my first supervisor. The first time I became a site supervisor at a power plant and John was running Certainteed.
How has your job progressed?
I was a Receptionist then worked as Human Resources assistant, Security Operations Manager to Dispatch and now I am currently the Customer Service Coordinator in CIS.

Sanger High
What is your most significant accomplishment as an employee?
Being with the company for 20 years. I made it without getting fired.
