I worked in a concrete factory and a saw mill.

What is your earliest memory about Geil Enterprises?
When Steve Geil hired me the building was an old shack on Van Ness. As I was climbing some really squeaky stairs, I remember thinking to myself, “what am I getting myself into?”

What is the funniest or most interesting thing that happened while at work?
When I was working, during the winter time it was raining, I slipped and fell in a bunch of mud. I was very upset but because the shift was almost over I didn’t bother changing.

Who was the most influential person to you at Geil Enterprises?
Sam Cabrera because he wasn’t demanding and he knew how to communicate with us without being forceful and without using his rank.

How has your job progressed?
Security Officer and then was a Field Supervisor.

Where did you attend high school?
Madera High

What is your most significant accomplishment as an employee?
My greatest reward in doing what I’m doing, I like to see my officers out in the field accomplish, I like to see them promoted and receive commendations. To me that is my reward.
