What are your hobbies?
My hobbies are gardening, cooking, going up to Shaver Lake and spending time with the kids on the boat and jet skies, and I also spend a lot of time with friend’s barbecuing.
What do you like most about Geil Enterprises?
Seeing it start as such a small company and how it has developed through the years. I enjoy the people here very much. Low stress environment. I believe in what I am selling.
What were some of the jobs you did before starting at Geil Enterprises?
In high school I would work on the Fulton Mall picking up garbage and I worked at Fresno Dodge cleaning as a janitor on the weekends. I was also a quality control inspector for Janitorial, Inc.
What is your earliest memory about Geil Enterprises?
Working during the summer on the Fulton Mall.
What is the funniest or most interesting thing that happened while at work?
The funniest things happened on people’s birthday. We used to have so much confetti that people wouldn’t be able to walk in their office. You would walk into an office and there would be about 3 feet of paper in the office.
Who was the most influential person to you at Geil Enterprises?
It’s a combination of a few people. Al Garcia and I worked very closely for 5-6 years he was the right hand man in Jan Inc, he was influential for putting things in writing and documenting important items. Jerry Munoz a field supervisor, he always made sure the job was done perfectly. He was very detail oriented with payroll and made sure we would come in on budget. Orfil Medina demonstrated with hard work and getting to meetings on time. Working along side employees was important. He felt really strongly about that.

What is your most significant accomplishment as an employee?
Helping to build Janitorial Inc. into what is today.
How do you hope to be remembered?
As a good team member. My hope is that I treated people fairly and with respect.
