Job Title: Central Station Dispatcher
General Summary:
The Operations Assistant works in conjunction with CIS Security, Valley Security & Alarm, Valley Sanitary Supply, and Janitorial Inc. companies, and is responsible to the General Manager(s) for the professional conduct, appearance, and performance of all Geil Enterprises Employees under his/her supervision.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Dispatching and Scheduling for CIS Security

General Summary:
The General Manager's primary focus is the development and implementation of annual company operational plan. Additionally, the General Manager is responsible for developing their respective company within the Mission, Vision, and Values of GEI. Job Title: CIS Account Manager – North Valley Modesto
General Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for employee relations, customer relations, and administrative duties as related to their assigned sites.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Proactively visit designated key accounts on a routine basis
- • Responsible for sales for the Patrol Division and Standing Division as directed
- • Responsible for promoting other divisions of Geil Enterprises, Inc.
- • Oversee the progressive discipline process of employees in conjunction with the Operations Supervisors
- • Responsible for overseeing all customer complaints and following up with customers
- • Responsible for overseeing overtime hours for security officers

General Summary:
A Salesperson is responsible for sales of alarm services such as fire, intrusion, access control, close circuit television, and any additional or new products. They are also responsible for conforming to the company quality system procedures as documented.

- • Assists in the development of sales for VSA
- • Conduct initial meeting with potential customers and submit proposal/bids as prescribed by customer needs

Job Title: Technical Design & Training Specialist - Valley Security & Alarm
General Summary:
This person is responsible for the design of various systems as related to the division’s needs and provides support to the sales team.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Design and plan burglar, fire, access control and CCTV systems to comply with codes.
- • Assist in training and coaching technicians on existing and new products.
- • Support sales efforts with system design and plans/submittals as necessary.
- • Review new technologies for Valley Security & Alarm
- • Review new equipment before it is released for the salespeople to sell
- • Assisting the GM in pricing materials for large projects
- • Responsible for assisting in assessing individual technicians training needs and developing/implementing/monitoring training plan for them on an annual basis
- • Provide technical support for sales and operations personnel
- • Provide field programming training for technicians
- • Assist Operations personnel with coordinating installers/service technicians as needed and/or requested by the VSA General Manager

Job Title: Installer/Service Technician - Valley Security & Alarm
General Summary:
This position involves the testing and inspecting of systems. This also involves the ability to diagnose, repair and maintain these systems. This person must also program a variety of control/communicators.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Installs, services, configures and programs complex systems involving multiple special devices
- • Tests and inspects fire alarm systems
- • Diagnoses, repairs and maintains burglar, fire, access control and CCTV systems
- • Programs control communicators (i.e. Radionics, Caddx, Ademco)
- • Locates and clears trouble with damaged equipment or wiring
- • Readjusts equipment
- • Repairs or replaces inoperative equipment and test for operation
- • Able to read building and sprinkler plans as required for clearing trouble
- • Responsible for working within all safe workplace guidelines and responsible for safety hazard identification and reporting within their work environment
- • As well as promoting the same with all teammates
- • Employee must report on time and able to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a ½ hour meal break
- • Employee must be available to work an “On Call” rotation once a month and be available to respond to after hour and weekend emergency calls
