With over 22 years of ownership and management experience in the contract service business, Steve serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Geil Enterprises, Inc. He is also currently the President/CEO of the Economic Development Corporation Serving Fresno County.

Steve has worked with many organizations such as: Fresno Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Association of Fresno, Served on the City of Fresno Crime Prevention Task Force, Member of American Society of Industrial Security, Former Member of the State of California Private Security Advisory Board, Member of the CSUF Criminology Department Board of the Advisors and Member of the Institute for Family Business Board of Advisors. In addition to his involvement with these organizations, Steve was recently given the 2008 Community Leader of the Year award by the West Side Coalition for Economic Development.
