Sam is responsible for all daily operations within Geil Enterprises Inc. This includes Janitorial Inc, CIS-Security, Valley Security and Alarm, A-Maz Cleaning Products, and Valley Sanitary Supply.

Sam has over fifteen (15) years of executive management experience with Grundfos Pumps Corporation before joining Geil Enterprises Inc. in March of 2004. Prior to Grundfos, Sam spent ten (10) years in the computer industry with Xerox Corporation and Data General.

After graduating from San Jose State in 1978, Sam began his career with IBM Corporation in San Jose, California before moving on to Xerox. While working in Data General Corporation in Palo Alto, California, he accepted a promotion and moved to El Segundo, California as an Area Human Resource Director. In 1986, Sam joined Grundfos Pumps Corporation located in Clovis, California as the first Human Resource Manager. After seventeen (17) plus years with Grundfos and relocating the North American Headquarters to Kansas City as the Senior Vice President, Sam is now the President of Geil Enterprises, Inc.

In addition to the above, Sam founded and is currently the Chairman of the Board of the International Green Industry Hall of Fame, former member of the Boys and Girls Club Board of Fresno, and the Clovis High School Foundation Board.
