Ryan has been employed with Geil Enterprises, Inc. since 2002 and has held a supervisory and management position since that time.

Ryan became General Manager for Janitorial Inc. in March of 2006 after three (3) years as General Manager of CIS Security. This position oversees customer service, sales activities, operations and staffing. It also involves communicating with supervisors and janitors of the performance expectation of janitorial, health and safety functions; and coordinating the activities of personnel.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
